Continuum of Care
We offer intenisive outpatient care in our Atlanta rehab in Norcross. Outpatient treatment allows those in our care to live at home or in supportive housing while working through the underlying causes of addiction in our center. When it’s time to transition back into independent living, outpatient addiction treatment is an excellent way to ensure a smooth and successful return home.
We offer several levels of care in order to provide support at every stage of addiction recovery. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution to addiction, which is why our programs are designed to meet each individual where they are. No matter your background, mental health struggles, or even goals for sobriety, you can heal with the help of our dedicated treatment team.
Partial Hospitalization Program
Our Peachtree Corners partial hospitalization program (PHP) is ideal for those who have completed detox or residential care. Patients live at home or in sober living and come to our Gwinnett recovery center for programming during the day. PHP bridges the gap from inpatient treatment to everyday life with crucial access to services and resources like:
- Group, individual, and family therapy
- 12-step meetings
- Continued co-occurring disorder treatment inlcuding anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and depression
- Evidence-based approaches including medication assisted treatment (MAT)
You’ll also benefit from regular check-ins with our Peachtree recovery team, who will help you navigate early sobriety and make important adjustments that set you up for sucess.
Suboxone Treatment
Suboxone treatment is part of our medication assisted treatment (MAT) program. Suboxone treatment in Norcross is expressly used for heroin, fentanyl, and other opioids. Determining if Suboxone is right for you involves a full medical evaluation and appraisal of your substance use history, medical history, and other factors. Opioid patients with a chronic history of dangerous opioid relapse benefit the most because the medication eases cravings and withdrawal symptoms. When this happens, our patients are more focused and engaged in their treatment and overall recovery.
Intensive Outpatient Program
After you complete our partial hospitalization program, most patients steo-down into our Gwinnett intensive outpatient program. In IOP, patients are back to school, work, and home, and come to Samba for programming 3-days a week while continuing to live independently. IOP is perfect for those who are ready to rebuild a life beyond addiction, but still need continued therapy and support. The core modality in IOP is group therapy.
Outpatient Program
Our outpatient program is our lowest level of care—but it only means your life is improving without substances. Outpatient addiction treatment is much the same as anyone who regularly sees a therapist. Our Norcross outpatient addiction program will reinforce your skill building, discuss relapse triggers, and continually develop strategies to side-step them.
