Rehab Levels of Care
Partial Hospitalization Program
Our Gwinnett partial hospitalization program (PHP) is best for patients who have completed detox or residential care. Patients live at home or in a recovery home and come for programming during the day.
Suboxone treatment is part of our medication assisted treatment program. Suboxone is specifically used for heroin, fentanyl, and other opioids. Establishing if Suboxone is right for you involves a full medical assessment. However, opioid patients with a continuing opioid relapse benefit the most because they are more engaged in their treatment and recovery.
Intensive Outpatient Program
After you complete our PHP, most patients step-down into our Gwinnett intensive outpatient program. In IOP, patients are back to school, work, and home, and come to our center 3-days a week while continuing to live independently.
Our outpatient program is our minimum level of care and is much the same as anyone who regularly sees a therapist. Most patients remain in therapy for about a year to bolster their sobriety.
