It is possible to achieve sobriety when you are surrounded by those who are cheering you on. April 11, 2025, I was one sick patient. My will to live or care was zero. I had everything to live for, amazing children and a loving mother who didn’t deserve the life I was putting them through. Someone cared enough to arrange my care plan and addressed my concerns. I am going on 15 months sober, living the life God intended for me. My eyes are no longer blinded and my cravings for the drugs that robed me of life are gone. Thank you to every one that had a part in my journey. I pray Gods grace and mercy on each individual that’s wanting a different path than their current one and a reason to wake up sober and happy, I pray you find SAMBA Recovery or seek any recovery center. You are worth it! Forever grateful.

I came to Samba after my first, and hopefully last, stay in rehab. The transition was seamless and I only have great things to say about all of the staff involved in the program. I felt they had of way of keeping everyone focused on their personal goals as well as staying on track without making any of it feel forced. Most of the time the discussions felt like something fresh or we would delve deep into the psychological/scientific aspects of addiction. I rarely felt bored which I think goes a long way at this stage of someone’s recovery. A program I would recommend to family or friends if they ever found themselves at a similar crossroads in life.

Samba Savannah is a beautiful facility! They have a really nice building! One of the nicest I’ve seen for outpatient recovery. Especially the bathrooms, they are top notch!

Samba Savannah was the perfect place to help me get started in my recovery. The counselors and facilitators genuinely care about you and are always there to help!

Can’t think of a bad thing to say about SAMBA.
Their team really cares about the clients, from the owner on down; the therapists their admin, nursing; they all are willing to help and you can tell it’s genuine.
I was set up for outpatient when I left another facility which had fallen through, but within minutes of calling SAMBA; Yoshi had me set up with an apt.
I found therapist’s approaches to be very interesting, I was never bored; David was phenomenal! I learned a lot about myself and the human mind.
Art therapy broke up the day with a fun way to express and learn.
They had yoga which helped me connect breath and stress responses.
Each therapist specialized in different approaches, trauma, ERT, CBT etc.

If they had not worked so fast to get me in, I would have ran out of meds and I dont want to think of where I’d be. Their nurse Melissa was easy to talk to.
But it wasn’t just about me being somewhere, my growth came from their staff and therapy!

Great program ran by an excellent team of staff, therapists, and counselors. This program is giving me the second chance to get my life back on track and to be the person I am and is supposed to be.

Samba is a great place to learn about how addiction and how it works. Also the staff is wonderful and very understanding and a my counselor Jamie marrie was awesome n very understanding
